Meet Sarah – Nakama Sydney’s new Consultant for Innovation & Strategy

Sarah Allen Sydney

Name:  Sarah Allen

Title: Consultant – Innovation & Strategy

Which Nakama Global office do you work within? Sydney

What sector do you specialise in? Innovation and Strategy

What are you known for professionally? Being personal and approachable

What do you love about recruitment? The interesting people that I get to meet and speak to everyday!

What intrigues you most about your sector? How everything is evolving and how technology is changing the way we go about our day-to-day lives.

What’s the next big development in your sector? Human centered design thinking is now becoming a big driver within businesses. They are wanting to push the customer to use a central product / app as a go to, rather than logging in to multiples. This then helps business to understand what the customer’s behaviour is and what’s important to them.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve done while being in your city?Watching the fireworks from a yacht on the Darling Harbour

What would be impossible for you to give up?
My iPhone – even when the battery dies I feel lost

What is your social media channel of choice? Facebook

Any hidden talents/hobbies you want to let us know about? Going to the gym is a big part of my life. Especially enjoy kickboxing and bootcamps (the muddier the better!).
